From resolving technical issues to answering your questions, our highly trained CTAC Specialists are readily available by phone to ensure you feel supported at every turn.

The Customer Technical Assistance Center has the knowledge and resources to help you troubleshoot issues or resolve a problem quickly and conveniently over the phone. When needed, CTAC Specialists will work with your local store or Precision Ag Consultant to fully resolve the issue—and provide you with peace of mind.

Our CTAC Specialists can answer questions about:

  • General John Deere vehicle/implement settings
  • MyJohnDeere.com account support
  • JDLink MTG administrative setup and support
  • Assistance with JD link vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTC’s)
  • John Deere vehicle setup, performance/utilization, and support
  • Greenstar activations and renewals
  • Basic John Deere guidance support
  • Basic John Deere documentation support
  • Basic AMS/ISG technology support

CTAC Specialists regularly assist customers from all of our 21st Century Equipment locations by using technology that is connected to each location at all times, even including many vehicles in the field. They even work with local 21st Century Equipment employees who understand agricultural production in your region, so you can rest easy knowing you’re in good hands.

Please note: CTAC is a free resource for customers with a NextCentury Productivity Package. If we do not have a customer support agreement on file or you live outside of the 21st Century Equipment location boundaries, you may incur a fee to utilize our Customer Technical Assistance Center.
