Ag Tech

Unlock your career potential with the 21st Century Equipment 2-Year Diesel Ag Tech Program. In collaboration with John Deere regional colleges and our community college partners, we invite students to gain hands-on experience with John Deere technology, diagnostic systems, and repair procedures, all under the guidance of our team.

Apprenticeship

The 21st Century Equipment Mentor program is designed for entry level technicians. You will be paired with a senior level technician and work alongside them for a given period of time. Once you have completed the mentor program, you will then progress to an autonomous work capacity.

Internship

The 21st Century Equipment Internship Program is designed to provide college students with operational experience in all areas of a John Deere dealership, including Parts, Sales, Service, and Integrated Solutions Departments.
