Owen Palm founded 21st Century Equipment with purchase of the John Deere dealership in Alliance, Nebraska

1998

21st Century Equipment in Alliance merged with Morrill County Implement in Bridgeport, Nebraska

2000

Purchased Keith County Implement in Ogallala, Nebraska

2001

Purchased the B&B Sales facility in Sidney, Nebraska and converted it into a John Deere dealership—the area's first in two years

2006

Purchased Modern Farm Equipment Corp in Gordon, Nebraska

2007

Acquired the Power Equipment Franchise in Sidney, Nebraska and purchased the Bridgeport Equipment facility in Bridgeport, Nebraska, converting it into a state-of-the-art Company Training & Reconditioning Center

2008

Purchased the Midwest Farm Equipment in Imperial, Nebraska and opened a new 34,000 ft² facility in Sidney, Nebraska

2010

Acquired the assets of Irrigation Specialties, a Valley Center Pivot Dealership in Gering, Nebraska and renamed it 21st Century Water Technologies, LLC.

2011

21st Century Equipment merged with KayJan, Inc. and added 5 new locations in Colorado and Kansas in addition to completing a 24,000 ft2 expansion of Imperial shop and major remodel of showroom

2013

21st Century Equipment merged with MV Equipment, a John Deere dealership, adding 5 locations in Colorado

2013

Acquired the former Lehman Brothers 64,000 ft² Call Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and converted it into our Corporate Support Center, including buildouts for several long-term tenants such as the Veterans Affairs Clinic

2014

Completed the 20,000 ft² expansion of our Ogallala, Nebraska shop

2015

Purchased Frank Implement Co, adding 2 new locations in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Torrington, Wyoming

2016

Consolidated our Akron and Yuma operations into a new 22,000 ft² shop in Yuma, Colorado

2017

Completed our shop expansion and remodel of showroom and offices in the Yuma, Colorado location along with a New Wash Bay in Burlington, Colorado

2019

Finished complete new remodels of our showrooms in Bridgeport, Wray and Holyoke as well as broke ground on a new 34,000 ft² facility in Burlington, Colorado—estimated to be complete in May 2020

2020

Completed New Wash Bay in Holyoke, Colorado and opened a new 12,000 ft² facility in Flagler, Colorado
